Manchester City Center: A Stunning Backdrop for a Beautiful Wedding
This recent wedding was a beautiful celebration of love and culture, set against the vibrant backdrop of Manchester city center. The day began with an intimate ceremony at the iconic registry office on Lloyd Street, where friends and family gathered to witness the couple’s special moment.
After the ceremony, we strolled through the historic streets, capturing stunning shots around Library Walk with the Central Library’s classic architecture framing the couple beautifully. The sunny weather was the perfect complement to Manchester’s urban elegance, adding warmth and light to every shot.
The day concluded with a dinner party at the sophisticated Grant Pacific, where the couple and their guests enjoyed a memorable evening. The mix of traditional and modern elements throughout the day reflected the couple’s unique story, and it was a joy to capture it all on camera.
Farhat & Saleem wedding day in Bury
I had the pleasure of capturing the special day of Farhat and Saleem and I’m happy to share some of my favourite images. From start to finish, their wedding day was a beautiful celebration of love and culture. The morning began with getting ready at Lida Fara Hair and Beauty Salon, where I captured all the special moments, from Farhat’s makeup and hair being done. The bride looked stunning in her traditional attire, and I made sure to capture every detail of her look.
The wedding ceremony itself took place in the elegant surroundings of Bury Town Hall, which provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s union. After the ceremony, we took advantage of the spring sunshine as well as beautiful surroundings of Bury and headed to a local park for a photoshoot with the family.
As a photographer, my goal is not only to capture the beauty of the couple and their love but also to tell their unique story and honour their cultural traditions.
Najlaa and Myaser's Wedding Photoshoot in Heaton Park, Manchester
Najlaa and Myaser had their religious wedding in their home country, Iraq, surrounded by their families and friends. However, they wanted to capture the joy and excitement of their special day with a photoshoot in Manchester’s beautiful Heaton Park.
As wedding photographer, I was thrilled to be a part of their celebration. I arrived at the park on a sunny afternoon and was immediately struck by the beauty of the surroundings. Even though at this time of the year there was no lush greenery but the serene lake and the charming architecture of the park all provided a stunning backdrop for the photoshoot.
Najlaa and Myaser were beaming with happiness and excitement as they greeted their loved ones who had joined them for the photoshoot.
As we began the photoshoot, it was clear that Najlaa and Myaser shared a deep love and affection for one another. They were constantly laughing and joking with each other, and their playful energy made the photoshoot a joy to capture.
Their families and friends also played a crucial role in the photoshoot. They provided a supportive and loving environment, cheering and encouraging the couple as they posed for pictures. It was clear that everyone present shared in the happiness of this special occasion.
We explored various areas of the park, taking photos against the stunning natural scenery and historic architecture. The couple’s traditional attire added an extra touch of elegance and beauty to the photoshoot, and I was thrilled to capture their love and joy in every shot.
It was an honor to be a part of this wonderful couple’s wedding celebration, and I was thrilled to help them create lasting memories that they will treasure for a lifetime. The joy and love that surrounded them on this day were truly inspiring, and it was a pleasure to capture it all in these stunning photos
Engagment session of Rabia and Abu
As I arrived at the local park in Rochdale, I couldn’t help but feel excited to capture the special moment of Rabia and Abu’s engagement session. The forecast may have called for gloomy weather, but I was determined to make the most of it. To my surprise, I was greeted with some unexpected sunshine that helped to illuminate the beautiful setting. I couldn’t wait to start snapping away and capturing the love and joy between these two.
I used the natural light to my advantage, capturing the couple’s playful personalities and genuine affection. As a photographer, it was a privilege to document such a momentous occasion in their lives.
Manchester city centre wedding
As a photographer, there is nothing more magical than capturing the love and joy of a just married couple on their special day. And what better location to do so than the historic and picturesque setting of Castlefield, Manchester?
Located in the heart of Manchester, Castlefield offers a unique blend of ancient ruins, cobbled streets, and modern architecture, providing a stunning backdrop for any photoshoot.
Our recent photoshoot of Alexandra & Igor in Castlefield began at the scenic Basin, where the couple posed against historic bridges. From there, we moved to the Roman Fort, where the couple’s love was captured in front of the ancient ruins.
As we wandered through the cobbled streets, the couple held hands and beamed with joy, stopping to pose in front of the charming buildings and shops. We also made sure to incorporate the modern architecture of the area, with the couple posing against the striking glass and steel buildings.
As the sun began to set, we made our way to the Castlefield Bowl, where the couple was surrounded by the twinkling city skyline. The intimate and romantic shots taken here were the perfect way to cap off a truly magical photoshoot.
Overall, Castlefield provided the perfect setting for a just married couple’s photoshoot. The combination of ancient and modern, along with the picturesque scenery, made for stunning and unique photos that the couple will treasure for a lifetime.
Heather & Gosia at Bramhall Hall
Heather & Gosia got married at stunning Bramhall Hall near Stockport. This historic site built in the 16th century is surrounded by parkland with lakes and woodlands. This area was perfect for their wedding photo session. I only covered 3h of their beautiful wedding, but I think that was enough to create some great images along with a highlight video. I wish them all the best!
Olivia and Dayne at the Lakes Hotel & Spa
Wedding day at The Lakes Hotel & Spa in the heart of Lake District. We loved every bit of Olivia and Dayne’s wedding! It never happens after a long day of the wedding and a long drive back home; the second thing I do is to check pictures on the back of my camera so I can laugh again at how hilarious, beautiful, and full of great people this wedding was. They booked our service through a recommendation from the previous couple, so we already knew many of the guests, which always helps to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Also, Lake District is my favourite place to shoot weddings, so I felt very excited coming back there, especially when the weather was as good as it was on Oliva and Dayne’s wedding day.
Congratulations to Olivia and Dayne! They’re now husband and wife, and we wish them a happy life together!
Post-wedding session at Wythenshawe Park
Whytenshawe Park post-wedding session with Taqwa and Deen at sunny, autumn Sunday afteroon. It was nothing but pleasure to be making these pictures for this amazing couple!
Taqwa & Deen at Vermilion
Taqwa and Deen have to be one of the sincerest, most adoring couples I’ve ever had the privilege to photograph. Their vows to each other were so poetic and genuine, and the toasts from their friends and family made it clear they love each other deeply. It was the most incredible blending of their two families and different cultures. Not to mention “Vermilion Weddings” might be one of my new favorite venues. It felt like the lighting was designed with photography in mind. It made my couple look gorgeous!
Greg & Bart at Manchester Wedding
I’ve known that couple for a long time. So it warmed my heart when Greg and Bart announced they were getting married this year and I would be their photographer for the day. They’ve been best friends for more than a decade, and now they can be even closer by legal bounds they chose to carry for the rest of their lives. I’m glad I could be part of their special day, immortalizing their memories in my captured frames.
The ceremony took place at Registry Office Manchester in Herons House followed by a party in modern Polish restaurant “Plazki” at Deansgate. They served truly delicious food presented beautifully on the platters.
This is a sneak peek into Greg and Bart wedding day.
